Project description :
The present project saw the construction of an industrial hall, with office areas and a social group, completed by an annex building called Cross Dock. Within the project there are platforms, parking lots, sidewalks, as well as the green space necessary for the good functioning of the site. The main construction (hall) with a built surface of 15.200 sq m has the function of a warehouse on the ground floor, having arranged dedicated office spaces for the administrative staff, and a social group for the workers.

The hall has three fire compartments and, is also equipped with a mezzanine, an area that serves, partly, for the production function (packaging), and has partly the office function for the TESA staff. The fourth fire compartment is represented by the building called Cross Dock, with an area of 2,000 square meters, for temporary storage and preparation of the material to be delivered to the final customer. To guarantee the optimal conditions for the client, the Cross Dock building is equipped with two covered areas where the trucks are sheltered for loading both in winter and in summer.
The entire built area (hall S1 + Cross Dock) is 17,200 sqm. Within the project, vertical systematization interventions were foreseen and executed to arrange the interior alleys and roads for traffic in the industrial ensemble, platforms, parking places, and green spaces. The design specialties involved: architecture, metal resistance, interior and exterior installations, vertical systematization.
