Project description :
This project proposes the re-functionalization of some existing buildings and the proposal for new ones within an existing industrial complex, with a total built-up area (existing + proposed) of approximately 18,700 sqm. The industrial complex would've been composed of an existing office building, an existing hall, a proposed office building, a proposed storage hall (+ storage of flammable material), the existing annexes (existing water household), and the proposed annex (post-impact). At the same time, the project also refers to arranging the road and storage platforms, the parking lots, the sidewalks, the green areas, and the vertical systematization on the surfaces affected by the new investment.

In the existing office building, the elements that require modifications are the interior partitions and a new exterior staircase for access to the first floor. The staircase will also be equipped with a canopy over the floor level, while the ladder will be used for evacuation in case of fire, as well. The existing hall is going to be extended by closing the structure of the covered exterior platform. Additionally, the interior partitions will be partially modified, as some of the interior functions will be changed and new escape routes will be created. Two new buildings will be built: a hall with a storage function and an office building. Within the perimeter of the project, there will be interventions performed on the road, parking, existing concrete platforms, and sidewalks to achieve new constructions and exterior arrangements.
The new access road, the new surfaces and road platforms, as well as the storage platforms will be made of concrete. The new access roads and the proposed parking lot in the northern part of the site will be made with self-locking pavers.
The design specialties involved sunt: aarchitecture, interior and exterior installations, prefabricated reinforced concrete resistance, vertical systematization.
