Project description :
Completed in 2018, the project consisted in building an industrial complex of four halls with different roles, such as storage, production, and offices, together with social groups. It was necessary to provide external technological equipment such as overhead cranes, and technical spaces located in the volume of proposed constructions. The built-up area of the ensemble was 8200 sqm. Hall A with an area of 3400 sqm, has the destination of production and storage. Attached to its exterior are annex constructions that house the technical spaces necessary for it.

Hall B with an area of 1200 square meters, has the role of unloading chemicals, stabilizing their temperature, then transferring the chemicals to the actual storage area inside Hall C. Outside Hall, B is a covered area to unload the necessary chemicals in the technological process. Hall C with an area of 2000 square meters, which is glued to and communicates with Hall B, has multiple roles, such as production and storage of raw materials needed for production, as well as office space and social group. Attached to the exterior of this hall are annex buildings that house the technical spaces necessary for it. Hall D with an area of 1200 sqm, having the role of a fully automated technological warehouse without the presence of staff, has a common side with Hall C, and communicates with it to allow access and storage of materials produced in Hall C.
The rest of the ensemble has a total built-up area of 400 sq m, with multiple buildings necessary for the good functioning of the ensemble, such as the guard cabin, fire station, and water tank, and other annex buildings. The project also provided for the arrangement of road and storage platforms, parking lots, sidewalks, green areas, and vertical systematization.
The design specialties involved: architecture, interior and exterior installations, the resistance of prefabricated reinforced concrete/monolith/masonry and metal, vertical systematization.
